Attendees will receive a ticket confirmation email after they successfully register, as well as a receipt for payment, that comes directly from the third-party payment processor, Stripe.

We don’t have a strict minimum age, and children are allowed. However, the conference is designed for focused learning, so we ask that only minors who can sit quietly and engage in the sessions attend. To maintain a great experience for everyone, anyone causing a disruption will be asked to step.

We will have complimentary water, coffee, and light morning pastries available for all attendees. Lunch is not provided for general admission ticket holders, but there are food options available for purchase on site. VIP ticket holders will receive breakfast and lunch, plus access to a VIP‑only dinner on Thursday night. Food is strictly prohibited in the common areas of the hotel.

Sessions will not be live‑streamed or recorded. We design this event to be a fully immersive, in‑the‑room experience where attendees can interact, ask questions, and connect in real time. Your presence in the room is what makes the event powerful.
